Return & Refund Policy

We care about your experience with BOOTLEGVIBES, and we want every order to meet your expectations. Since our products are made and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner, our return and refund process follows their policies.
Returns
We only accept returns if there’s a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or if the wrong item was sent. If you received something that isn’t right, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- You’ll need to provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We do not accept returns for:
- Items ordered in the wrong size or color
- Change of mind
- Returns requested after the 7-day window
- Items sent back without contacting us first
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the issue with our fulfillment partner, we’ll let you know if your return is approved. If it is, we’ll either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement, depending on what you prefer.
Refunds may take several business days to show up depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (like a defect or wrong item), we’ll cover the shipping cost. If not, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We don’t refund shipping charges on orders unless the return is due to our error.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, just email us at contact@bootlegvibes.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
