At BOOTLEGVIBES, each order is made just for you and fulfilled by our trusted production partner. This approach helps us reduce waste, maintain high quality, and deliver fresh streetwear with care.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We’re working to expand, but for now, if you’re located in the U.S. or Canada, you’re good to go.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and sent to production within 3–5 business days. Since everything is made on demand, this gives our partner time to produce and prepare your order.
If there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5 – 10 business days
• Canada: 7 – 15 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and season, but you’ll always get a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may run free shipping offers. so keep an eye out!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can stay updated every step of the way.

Customs & Import Fees (Canada Only)

If you’re in Canada, your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by Canadian customs and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, let us know. We’ll work with our partner and shipping carriers to figure out what happened and find a solution for you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
